Balisong
#3
4 3/4" blade (12 cm) in diferentially heat treated,
acid etched and fileworked 5160 - 5/32" (4 mm) thickness.
10 1/4" (26 cm) opened, 5 7/8" (14 cm) closed.
File worked stainless steel stopping and pivoting pins.
Stainless steel liners. Linen "corn micarta"
scales and spacer. Nickel silver pins. Dovetailed titanium
back bolsters and latch. 7.4 oz (210 grams) |
Balisong #2
3 3/8" blade (2 3/4" edge) in diferentially
heat treated handrubbed 5160 - 5/32" thickness. 7
7/8" opened, 4 1/2" closed.
Stainless steel stopping pins and (fileworked) liners.
Cross shaped engraved stainless steel pins.
Dovetailed polished and flutted cow bone scales with engraved
nickel silver bolsters. Nickel silver latch. |
"Percheron" Folder #2
This one has a blade in 5160, diferentially HT'd in the
traditional criollo shape.
Blade length is 4" (10cm) and overall is 10 1/4"
(26cm) Blade thickness is 5/32" (4mm) Width on the
ricasso area is 1 1/2" (3.8cm)
Deer stag handles with colored Titanium bolsters. All
laquered. Bronze filed screws and stainless opening stud.
Fileworked stainless steel liners. SS backpacer. Nickel
silver ring support and lanyard ring. Linerlock
mechanism with a ball bearing system on the pivot. |

Skinner Slipjoint
4 1/2" handrubbed N678 (SS) 1/8" thickness.
Overall length 10"
Stainless steel liners. Polished nickel silver bolsters
with simil armadillo scales work. Laquered armadillo shell
scales with red fiber spacers. Red G-10 backspacer. Fileworked
bronze screws and nickel silver pins. Serrated thumb and
index rests. |
Rustic
Little Indian Knife
San mai damascus with a 5160 core. 4 3/8" blade,
7 5/8" overall length.
Handle in marine ivory (sperm whale tooth) with decorations
in sterling (925) silver. Handmade sheath in cow leather
lined/covered with buffalo skin. Securing system in leather
and ivory. |
